How does the ozanimart website work?
During normal days, you can place pre-order with us... During this process, you may have to wait for your item to arrive from overseas. Then, you will be notified when your item is arrived.

If we happen to have your item in stock, then you don't have to wait. It will be shipped to you right away. Just ask Ben to find out what we have in stock: info@ozanimart.com

Once a month we will open our shopping cart for a period of 10 days.
You can shop on whatever we have during this time. Your anime item will
be packed and shipped to you right away.

Do I have to put in deposit for the items I want during preorder?
In general case, no. But you may be required to put in deposit if the item
you request is expensive, uncommon or rare.

When will you open your shopping cart?
You may notice the countdown meter on the website. The countdown
shows when the next sales will start. You definitely don't want to miss
out during this time, this is the time when sometimes limited edition
and rare item appears. Also, this is the time when you will save your
hard-earned money on bargain anime.

The item I want is sold out, can I re-order again?
As some items are rare and limited, we cannot guarantee that we can
re-order for you. The best way for you is to pre order or grab it quickly
when the shopping cart is open.

Is it secure to pay using credit card?
Very very much so. One of the most effective ways to protect yourself from identity theft is to keep your financial information private.
PayPal enables you to pay without sharing your financial information with anyone, not even us as a seller. Also, we provide alternatives such as:
bank transfer, cash ( Melbourne only) money order or cheque.

I don't have credit card, can I still order?
Yes, definitely. You can pay us through paypal, bank transfer or money order. You can also pay with cheque, but your item will not be sent until your
cheque is cleared.

Can I pay with cash?
Yes this is very popular method. Obviously, this method only applies
if you live in Melbourne . Just email us, then we arrange a time and place for you to pick up your item. You pay when we give you your item.
IMPORTANT: We don't take cash via post.

The answer is no. We can assure you that you will get official merchandise.
If we happen to have unofficial merchandise (bootlegs), we will tell you on the product title.

Your price is cheap, what about the quality of your products?
We can fully understand and relate to this question. Cheap price usually comes with a catch. Like last time, Wen bought 15$ Saba pants. The pants were fake and they only last few months.

Take 30 full days to examine and use your anime. That's right. You have 30 days to put your valuable anime in your own home. Or on anywhere you want. Test the item for yourself….Once you have the item in your own home, we're confident you'll never want to send it back.

Is there a condition in your guarantee?
Yes, the guarantee doesn't apply to model kits that its parts have been removed from the frame and also to random trading figure.

What is your delivery method?

We usually send our items through Australian Post. You can let us know if you want it to be sent otherwise.

How much is the postage cost?

It really depends on the item you buy. Big items will be obviously more expensive than small items. We let you know in advance how much the postage cost is. Registered post will cost extra. If you want your products to be sent via registered post, just let us know.

Do you combine postage?
Definitely, you can save postage cost by doing this.

How long should I wait for my product to arrive?
If you live in Australia , your item will be delivered in 5 working days. It depends where you live. But often we deliver much quicker than that.
If you live in Melbourne , you can arrange a pick up for your product.

If you live overseas, it really depends on which country you're from. We'll do our best to give our estimation before you order.

I want to pick up my item. How do I go about this?
You can just email Ben: info@ozanimart.com or call him to arrange the best time and place for you. Usually, you can pick up your item within vicinity of Melbourne CBD.

Rare Items

The anime item I want is not listed on your website. Can you find it for me?
Yes, we can try. We can not guarantee for sure we can get it for you. Sometimes anime items come in limited edition and limited release (especially gashapon). What we can promise you is that we'll do our best to find it for you.
